Characteristics and Advantages

Mechanical button design makes the operation simple.

The washing standpipe has a built-in adjustable throttle slice, which can adjust the water pressure of the washing arm to meet the washing of various tableware.

Double skin structure saves energy and reduces noise to make more comfortable operating environment.

Optional double wash speed could select washing procedure according to the situation of tableware.

Double gear wheel design of conveyor could maximally reduce the wear.

The entrance is equipped with start/stop/emergency stop switches, it is convenient for operation.

The Straightly inserted type washing arm formed by the mold  without the O seal ring, which is more convenient for disassembly and assembly.

Photoelectric induction detection conveyor belt could make the equipment start automatically when the tableware enters the machine, which could save energy and protect environment.

Standard configuration of double rinse system and unique surround rinse design ensure better rinse effect and achieves nearly 20% cost saving.

Optional heat recovery module could further reduce the machine energy consumption.

Optional triple rinse system can meet higher washing requirements.

Installation and  Connection Requirements

Power requirements:380V/50Hz/3Ph+Neutral + Ground，with an external separate air circuit breaker.

Machine can be directly connected to water supply system, the lowest incoming water pressure should be 2Kg/cm².
